Airship will be performing maintenance on www.airship.com starting at 1:00 AM on 9/3/2025. www.airship.com will be affected for approximately 30 minutes, until 1:30 AM on 9/3/2025. During this time, the web dashboard may be unavailable and customers may see some errors when viewing the page.

Please contact Airship Support -  support.airship.com  with any questions or if behavior persists after the maintenance window. We will update this space when the maintenance is completed.

From 10:30pm UTC on 2024-02-09 to 00:00am UTC on 2024-02-10, we experienced an issue that caused a delay in updating registration data for channels, which may have prevented messages from being sent to newly created channels. The cause of the issue has been fixed.
