Airship will be performing maintenance on our platform starting at 1am Pacific Time on 2/13/2025. Our platform will be affected for approximately 30 minutes, until 1:30am Pacific Time on 2/13/2025. During this time our web dashboard may be unavailable and customers may see some errors when viewing the page.

Please contact Airship Support - support.airship.com with any questions or if behavior persists after the maintenance window. We will update this space when the maintenance is completed.

Maintenance is expected to last approximately 3 hours and end at 12:00AM Pacific Time on 10/25/2024, during which time the web dashboard will be unavailable. The impact will be isolated to the web UI and no impact is expected for API traffic, Scheduled Notifications, or Automations during this time.

We continue to work with our providers as well as internally to identify the cause and apply a fix for this issue. While it seems that the problem is only occuring from a few select geographies in the US, we recognize it can be extremely disruptive so we are treating it with very high priority.
